You might not find this hilarious in the slightest, but it had me grinning for quite a while.

Me, mother and sister are together in the living room, where an ad about an upcoming show "The S factor" comes on.

Sexy girl with massive cleavage (HOE!) appears on screen. She leans forward and says, in a deep voice: "Do you have... THE S?"
Hearing it as "Do you have the ASS", I was outraged at the prospect of how Mediacorp has allowed such risque advertisements to be shown - at family time - just for the sake of promoting thier own brand of low budget "HEY LETS GET UTT TO HOST AND PEOPLE WILL DEFINITELY WATCH IT" television programmes, which, a slew of has been aired recently. But, i digress. 

So i said to my sister "Wah, did she just say Ass on TV?"

To which my mother replied "But everyone has an Ass what."

I look at my sister, she looked at me, awkward silence ensued. 

Dear Diary

Today was the best day ever. Someone told me I have never appeared  fat to him.

Being the eternal cynic, with knowledge of the fact that the only workouts i get these days are finger bends and wrist rotations, i went to weigh myself. To my pleasant surprise and disbelief, i weighed 74KG! 

The last time i had myself weighed was sometime before the NAPFA test in secondary school, and i was clocking in at a hefty 80KG.

Still delirious from the epiphany that i have arrived at (doing nothing helps you to lose weight), i checked to see if the scale had been set to a negative 10kg - and i could find no contradicting factors. JOY! JOY TO THIS EARTH!

I have not felt this great in weeks. Time to celebrate! Bring in the women! Bust out the booze and McNuggets! Celebrate good timessssss CUM ON!

This has to be the best roll ever, gotta thank my cousin for pointing out this gem.

I had alot of fun this CNY, what with catching up with my cousins, getting red packets and of course THE BUFFETS OH YEAH. It was good catching up with my cousins who i had not seen in ages, it was fun talking about IP man and rick astley. Hope you guys had as much fun as i did, never mind the $4 red packets.

Sorry people for not updating regularly, i seem to have lost the "joys of writing". Will resume updates when im not busy staving off insanity (ie school work)

Seeing as how yet another year has passed, it's time for us to take stock of the old year and reflect on the few things we can take from the past 12 months.

I really think i found myself this year. I wasn't quite sure what i was doing in 07, but this past year has changed me and i now have a clear goal of where i want to be and what i want to do - a self schemas or template if you will.

And of course there were the good times and the utterly horrible times - but all these things do make us sit back and reflect on who we want to be with and who we want dont, so I am very thankful for these lessons on life.

I must say this year has been a year of change. Not only for me, but also for the world around me. People change as surly as time does, we cannot expect everyone and everything to stay the same - and this is something i constantly tell myself.

Well anyway its a new year, and that means new opportunities - and I will make it my resolution this year to grab these opportunities.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY

Sorry folks, haven't been online and blogging for a while - with the simple reason of my laptop dying on me. For no apparent reason other than inherent manufacturing defects the LCD screen whited out on me. Have had my acer laptop for less than 6 months and was suprised that it went walky on me so fast. Had to go down all the way to the acer HQ (on saturday!) at Jurong east to get it repaired -.- What's worse is that i'll have to head down there AGAIN in a week or so to collect it. My desktop's available for use but my sister who's on a intravenous drip of Maplestory won't even let me get near it.

Anyways i'll be off to KL on monday for 5 days or so. Not really a malaysia kinda person, but i kinda do want and would appreciate the change of scenery. The weathers been so grey(gray?) and deary these few days so im hoping a bit of retail therapy and a whole lot of Ramlee will make me feel better.
